“All you mocha lattes, you gotta do Pilates”

Sooo… since I stopped playing basketball, I’ve really wanted to get back into shape (“in .shape” like getting my cardio up and becoming more flexible, definitely not losing any weight lol)  Those 3 visits to Loop Lofts gym last school year just didn’t cut it. Soo… I signed up for Fit Chicks, an 8-week all-girls fitness class that involves running, water running, pilates, and other exercises. It meets twice a week at 6am…twice a week…not so bad…6am…it’s quite a stretch for me lol. We’re going into our 4th week now and I’m enjoying it. I’m finding myself wanting to workout and stretch a lot more…and I can def. see that I’m more in shape than when I started. I’ll let you know the results!

  2. Idk about a physical difference. I haven't noticed much, but I also wasn't trying to lose weight. But I def. want to work out more and I feel a lot more fit than before FitChick (like, I can run for longer without cramping lol).
